We often recommend meeting with an attorney as a preventative measure for any legal issue.

For those cases in which the individual parties agree to settle the issue, we will properly draft and oversee the terms of the transaction. In order to guarantee the actual resolution of the dispute, and prevent its reopening, we shall, on instructions from the client, ensure an agreement of the terms of the transaction with the counter-party and arrange for the out-of-court settlement.
